Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 30, 2026. This policy covers earlyaccesslab.com and the waitlist pages on it, operated by Classy Systems, LLC ("we").

What we collect

When you join a waitlist we collect your email address. We also record technical information about your visit: a hashed (not readable) form of your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, the time, and the advertising or campaign parameters in the link you came from (such as a Google Ads click ID and UTM tags).

How we use it

We use your email only to tell you about the specific product you signed up for, and we use the technical and campaign data to understand which ads and pages work and to filter out automated (bot) signups. We do not sell your information and we do not share your email address with third parties for marketing.

Advertising

We advertise on Google Search. Clicking an ad may set or read identifiers used by Google to measure ad performance under Google's own privacy policy. This site does not itself run third-party advertising or tracking scripts.

Service providers

We store data with hosting and database providers that process it on our behalf (currently Vercel and Supabase, in the United States).

Retention and your choices

We keep waitlist data for as long as the product idea is active and up to 24 months after. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@earlyaccesslab.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
